Helping You become more… You
While many healing practitioners might have an image in their head of what “optimal health” looks like, here at Energetic Ecology I believe in helping my clients become the most vibrant, embodied version of themselves. This means that while we do seek to help heal or manage dis-ease, chronic illness, and/or other circumstances that may result in imbalances in the heart, mind, and soul, that we are not comparing our client’s body to a Western definition of health.
Just like when we nurture a bonsai tree, our bodies are not passive objects to cut and prune into uniform shape, but rather we are gardeners helping tend to our bodies in a way that seeks to discover who the spirit of the tree is wants to be, and how to promote health & vitality so that it may become all that it is destined to be.
Healing is a participatory process
While I do offer direct healing sessions, my priority is collaborating on a path for healing alongside my clients. Together, we work with traditional energy cultivation practices and elemental frameworks, blended with an eco-somatic approach to healing that seeks rely on the natural world to awaken innate blueprints for health.
