Shinrin-
Yoku

“Shinrin-Yoku” is a term coined by the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries in 1982; it is translated and popularly known as “forest bathing”. From an Energetic Ecology framework, we can understand it as co-regulation with nature, and the exchange of energetic medicine between body + land.

Our dream at Energetic Ecology is to offer spiritual and therapeutic experiences that help you connect to the healing power of nature through an eco-somatic framework. We want to make connecting with the outdoors as approachable and inviting as possible by facilitating communal nature walks, camping trips, and retreats accompanied by experienced guides.

We are excited to welcome 2024, and along with it a new monthly communal offering. Introducing “Second Saturdays”, where you are welcome to join me on nature walks throughout the Puget Sound area. As someone born & raised in the Pacific Northwest, I am delighted to share with my community some of my favorite places. Along the way, you may learn about wild plants, fungi, ecology, and more. Donations are welcome and encouraged.
